Accommodation
A platform for booking accommodation for Inter-Noise 2024 participants, at accessible and negotiated prices, will be available very soon.
In Nantes, hotels have been selected by the tourist office for their outstanding situation in the heart of the city, along or close to the green line. They offer visitors the opportunity to discover the city :
Inter-Noise 2024 Organizing Committee has mandated the GroupCorner company to select a large offer of accommodation close to the congress venue at accessible and negotiated prices to all Inter-Noise 2024 participants.
This platform was thought for individual reservation as well as group reservation. It will be available up to 15 days before the congress, but to ensure the best experience for your visit in Nantes, which is a quite touristic city during the summer, we recommend to book your accommodation at least 2 months before the congress.
Note:
- After booking your hotel you will receive a confirmation from the GroupCorner company.
- Please pay attention to booking reservation confirmations from fake companies that may contact you by e-mail for Inter-Noise 2024.
Standard cancellation conditions
- More than 60 days before the event: 5% of the cancelled amount *
- 60 days to 31 days before the event: 35% of the cancelled amount *
- 30 days to 17 days before the event: 55% of the cancelled amount *
- From 16 days before the event: 100% of the cancelled amount *
- No-show on day of arrival: 100% of the amount *
* The refund will be made after the hotel has reimbursed Groupcorner.
All cancellations must be made in writing using the link provided by GroupCorner on the event reservation site. No cancellation requests by phone or email will be considered.
Booking conditions
- Accommodation bookings must be paid in full before the event.
- Any additional services contracted directly with the hotel or on site must be paid for on site by you (accompanying person in the room not initially provided for, minibars, meals, request for upgrade).
- A credit card may be required at check-in as a guarantee.
Booking confirmation
- Payment by credit card: the reservation is confirmed as soon as the payment is validated.
- Payment by bank transfer: the reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the full payment requested on the IBAN provided. Please note: payment must be received before the payment deadline indicated on the confirmation e-mail and on the website at the time of booking. After this date, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Your final invoice will be available on your space and sent directly by e-mail after your stay.
