(1) A student proof is required.

After 5 August 2024, only on-site registrations at the late registration rate will be possible at the congress registration desk on the congress days.

(2) At his/her request, when registering, the author can ask for an in-depth review of his/her paper. This review will be carried out by a specialist in the subject concerned, on the basis of paper scientific contribution and coherence with the technical sessions of the Inter-Noise congress. Applicants will receive official feedback no later than April 26, 2024.

Visa and invitation letter

For visa purpose, an invitation letter can be requested by logging to your delegate account.

Registration and payment guidelines

If you have already submitted an abstract, you have already created an account. You must log in to this account to register.
Otherwise, please create a new account for registering.

Once your account has been created, you can return to your “My personal account” page to:

  • register to the conference, if not already done.
  • modify your personal information if necessary: “Edit my information”.
  • modify your conference options (excluding paid options): “Edit my conference options”.
  • select additional options about your stay at the conference (catering, public transport) and register to free events: “Additional options”.
  • check the summary of your registration and follow the instructions for payment: “Check the status of my payment”.
  • transmit information to obtain a letter of invitation for a visa application: “Edit my visa application”.
Registration to free events

This concerns Exhibitor workshops, Women in Noise Control lunch, Young Professional events, Technical visits, or additional events.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • If a registrant is unable to attend the congress for any reason, his/her registration can be transferred to someone else from the same organization.
  • If the registrant is unable to attend and transfer his/her place to another person, the refund policy will apply.

Registration transfer or cancellation requests must be notified by sending an email to registration@internoise2024.fr

Terms and conditions of refund

  1. Until 10 May 2024: full refund after deduction of a €70.00 administration charge per participant
  2. From 11 May to 30 June 2024: 50% refund of the registration fee
  3. From 1st July 2024 onwards: no refund


Participants who are obliged to cancel because of a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid, after deduction of a €70.00 administration charge per participant. Notification must be received by us in writing email  to registration@internoise2024.fr not later than 10 August 2024 for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. 

Refund methods

  • For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded (within 2 months of the payment only).
  • For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee named on the transfer.
  • For payments received from outside France by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer – all bank charges payable by the recipient.
